Our program
Structure that supports. Lives that grow.
Onward Living is built around the belief that recovery thrives in a stable, accountable environment — one that feels like home, not a facility.
What to expect
Our program combines structured daily routines with genuine community support. Residents are expected to participate in house meetings, maintain sobriety, contribute to the household, and actively pursue their recovery goals — whether that's employment, education, outpatient treatment, or 12-step involvement.
How it works
Six pillars of our program
Sobriety & Accountability
All residents commit to complete sobriety. Regular house meetings and peer accountability keep everyone on track — not through punishment, but through genuine care for one another's success.
Daily Structure
Consistent routines are the backbone of early recovery. Residents follow a daily schedule that includes wake times, chores, and active participation in recovery activities.
Community Contribution
Every resident shares in the upkeep of the home — cooking, cleaning, and caring for shared spaces. This builds responsibility, self-worth, and a sense of belonging.
Recovery Engagement
Residents are required to actively engage in their recovery — through 12-step meetings, outpatient programs, therapy, or other approved recovery activities.
Employment & Purpose
We encourage all residents to pursue employment, education, or vocational training. Having purpose and financial independence is a cornerstone of lasting sobriety.
House Rules & Respect
Clear, fair house rules create a safe environment for everyone. Respect for housemates, staff, and the home itself is non-negotiable — and it goes both ways.
"Structure isn't a restriction — it's the foundation that makes freedom possible."
House rules
A supportive home starts with clear expectations.
